Cancellation Policy

At The Libaas House, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

Customers may request order cancellation only within a limited time after placing the order.

Cancellation Eligibility

* Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
* Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team immediately with:

* Order ID
* Registered phone number
* Reason for cancellation

PREPAID ORDER CANCELLATION

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch:

* The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
* Refund timelines may vary between 7–10 working days depending on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges, convenience fees, or COD confirmation charges (if applicable) may be non-refundable.

COD ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers placing Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are requested to order responsibly.

Repeated cancellation or rejection of COD orders may lead to:

* Restriction of COD service
* Account limitations
* Future orders being accepted only on prepaid basis

ORDER CANCELLATION BY THE LIBAAS HOUSE

The Libaas House reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

* Product unavailability
* Incorrect pricing or technical errors
* Payment issues
* Suspected fraudulent transactions
* Incomplete customer information
* Operational limitations

In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed accordingly.

MADE-TO-ORDER / CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Orders placed for:

* Made-to-order items
* Customized products
* Special collection pieces

may not be eligible for cancellation once production or processing has started.

FAILED TRANSACTIONS

If the payment amount is debited but the order is not confirmed:

* The amount is generally auto-refunded by the bank/payment gateway within 24–72 hours
* In some cases, refunds may take up to 7 working days

IMPORTANT NOTES

* Cancellation requests raised after dispatch will not be accepted.
* Refusing delivery after shipment may result in future COD restrictions.
* The company reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on order status.
