Refund Policy

At The Libaas House, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

* Product received is damaged or defective

* Wrong product received

* Requested exchange size is unavailable

* Order cancelled by The Libaas House

* Prepaid order not delivered due to operational issues

 

All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as:

 

* Unboxing video

* Clear product images

* Order ID details

 

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

* Products that are worn, washed, altered, or used

* Missing original tags or packaging

 

REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team:

* Eligible refunds will be approved

* Customers will be notified regarding the refund status

Refunds will only be processed after successful quality verification.

 

REFUND TIMELINES

Prepaid Orders

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within **1–2 working days** after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

 

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will be requested to share bank account details securely. Refunds may take up to 15 working days after approval.

 

FAILED OR CANCELLED PAYMENTS

If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed due to payment failure: 

* The amount is usually auto-refunded by the bank within 24–72 hours

* In some cases, depending on the bank/payment gateway, it may take up to 7 working days

 

ORDER CANCELLATION REFUNDS

* Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for refund (for prepaid orders only)

* Once the order is shipped, cancellation and refund may not be possible

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

* Refund approval is subject to verification by The Libaas House

* The company reserves the right to refuse refunds if the policy conditions are not met

* Shipping fees, COD fees, and convenience charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
