Shipping & Delivery Policy
The terms of this Shipping & Delivery Policy must be read and understood before placing an order with The Libaas House. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned below.
The Libaas House is committed to delivering all orders with secure and quality packaging within 10-15 working days (excluding Sundays & public holidays) under normal circumstances across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We work with reputed inhouse logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of all orders. While we make every reasonable effort to deliver products on time, delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
DELIVERY CHARGES
* A flat shipping charge INR 200 may apply depending on the order value and delivery location.
* Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
* Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
COD & PREPAID ORDERS
The Libaas House offers both:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Prepaid Orders
COD availability depends on serviceability in your area and may not be available for all pin codes.
For COD orders, our team may contact customers for order confirmation before dispatch. Orders that remain unconfirmed may be cancelled at our discretion.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMELINES
* Orders are usually dispatched within 7-10 working days after successful order placement.
* Since many of our products are made-to-order or carefully curated, dispatch timelines may occasionally vary during high-demand periods.
* Most orders are delivered within 7–10 working days across India after dispatch.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
* Tracking ID / AWB Number
* Courier Partner Details
* Expected Delivery Date
Customers can track their orders through “My Orders” section on our website.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
A maximum of 3 delivery attempts will be made by the courier partner. If the customer remains unavailable after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned back to us.
In such cases:
* Re-shipping charges may apply.
* COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
POSSIBLE DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery may be delayed due to:
* Weather conditions
* Festivals & public holidays
* Political disruptions or strikes
* Government restrictions or lockdowns
* Natural calamities or other unforeseen events
In such situations, The Libaas House will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed. However, we shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or circumstances beyond our control.
INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details including:
* Full address
* Correct pin code
* Landmark (if applicable)
* Valid phone number
The Libaas House shall not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For return or exchange requests, customers may be required to ship the product back to our return address as mentioned by our support team.
Please ensure the product is unused, properly packed, and returned within the eligible return window as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGE
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.
Kindly contact our support team immediately with:
* Order ID
* Photos/videos of the package
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
