Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At The Libaas House, customer satisfaction is important to us. As a company policy, we offer exchange/return/refund only if the product is returned in fresh condition with original tags and packaging intact. 

Once a return or exchange request is submitted, our team will evaluate whether the order is eligible as per the policy mentioned below.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE

Products eligible for return/exchange must be: 

Unused

Unworn

Unwashed

Undamaged

With original tags & labels intact

Returned in original packaging

 

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange requests can be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange is allowed only once per order.

Size exchange is available subject to stock availability.

In case of a size exchange, customers may opt for:

A bigger size

A smaller size

 

Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges. 

If the requested size is unavailable, customers will be eligible for:

Store credit, or

Refund equivalent to the product value (as applicable)

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

Refunds/returns are applicable only after:

The returned product reaches our warehouse

The product passes quality inspection by our team

 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 

REFUND TIMELINES

Prepaid Orders

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 1-2 working days after the returned product is received and approved by our quality team.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders 

Refunds for COD orders may take up to 7-10 days after the returned product is received and verified.

 

Customers are requested to kindly wait for the above timelines before raising refund concerns.

 

PARTIAL ORDER EXCHANGE

Yes, customers can exchange individual eligible products from an order within the exchange window.

 

SIZE ISSUE

 If the garment does not fit:

 Customers may request a size exchange within 48 hours of delivery

Our team will try to arrange the requested size based on stock availability

 

If the requested size is unavailable:

A refund/store credit may be provided equivalent to the product value

 

EXCHANGE / RETURN NOT ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES 

Exchange or return requests will not be accepted if: 

The product has been worn or washed

Tags/labels are missing

The customer dislikes the material, color, or design after delivery

Minor color variation occurs due to screen resolution, lighting, or photography

 

Please note:

 

Slight color differences (10–12%) may occur depending on device screens and lighting conditions

Handmade and handcrafted products may have slight variations in finish or appearance

These are not considered defects.

 

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

 

If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective item

A wrong product

 

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order ID

Clear unboxing photos/videos

After verification, our team will arrange a replacement, exchange, or appropriate resolution.

 

RETURN PICKUP

 

Depending on serviceability and eligibility: 

Reverse pickup may be arranged by The Libaas House, or

Customers may be requested to self-ship the product

The product must be packed properly to avoid transit damage.
